• No Registration Fees: There are no signup or administrative enrollment fees.
• Cancellations: You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts are enforced.

2. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

We pride ourselves on student satisfaction and flexibility:

• Free Makeup Classes: If you or your child miss a class, you can reschedule it for free within 30 days by coordinating with your tutor or support staff.
• Refund Policy: If you are unhappy with the quality of instruction or need to cancel mid-month, you are eligible for a 100% refund on any unused classes within that billing cycle.

3. User Account Security

If you create an account on our student portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and portal data. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Quranic IQ Academy owns the intellectual property rights for all educational material, vocabulary databases, progress tracking software, and scripts available on this website. You may access this content for personal educational use only.
